Hello, my AnkiWeb account was deleted for inactivity. Last sync was around 2023. My phone broke and was factory-reset, so I have no local copies left.
Could you please check if any backup of my collection still exists on your servers? Even a very old version would mean a lot to me.

I can see your account, but I’m sorry to tell you that I don’t think there is anything left to recover.
I can’t see far enough back to when you data was deleted in 2023-24, but it looks like you reactivated your account in December 2025. Your data from 2023 would already have been long deleted by then. Reactivating your account restarted the activity clock, but also the deletion of old backups, so if there was a backup remaining from before that, it has been deleted by now as well.
Your account was then inactive again until the data was deleted in June 2026. The only backups remaining for your account are more recent than that. But it doesn’t look like you re-uploaded your collection to your account since then, because those backups are empty collections.
