And to answer your question, it’s probably not compatible. I didn’t realize that. Is there an updated version of this app?

I’m not familiar with the add-on, so I really don’t know. Hopefully someone else can comment. [Or maybe @Shigeyuki will be interested in forking this or the original …]

Thanks for the mention, this add-on is working fine on my device. (Windows, Anki24.10)

  1. Check to see if other add-ons are interfering. (disable all add-ons except this add-on)
  2. Check to see if the versions of Anki and the add-on are up to date.
  3. Adding info about your device (Win, Mac, Linux) may be helpful for the debug.
