I made a deck and exported it (including media) to share with friends. One of my friends has reported that random images won’t appear while others do. This is only happening to this one friend. No one else has had issues. ---

Both you and your friend should check Tools \> Preferences \> Editing – is Legacy import/export handling checked? ![image](https://us1.discourse-cdn.com/flex002/uploads/anki2/original/3X/e/3/e3ea350c4df537c62723b72c64edb900d14d0839.png) Uncheck it, restart with add-ons disabled (#2 on [the Troubleshooting Checklist](https://docs.ankiweb.net/troubleshooting.html)), and try the import again. ---

1. Are these Image Occlusion Enhanced cards? Does your friend have that add-on installed and enabled? 2. Have they run Tools \> Check Database lately? 3. Are they using the same version of Anki on the same OS that you are? What version and what OS are you using? [You can click Help \> About \> Copy debug info-- and paste the entire result here.] ---
