I changed something in the app settings for VULKAN and since then I can’t open the app. When uninstalling and installing again, the message appears:

Qt fatal: VULKAN: Failed to allocate memory for imported VkImage!

I don’t know what to do D:

Changing the video driver might help. See the following link (point 6) and follow the instructions for your OS:

Thank you! Yes, the problem is that I can’t open the app to access the preferences and make any changes there. Is it possible to do this without opening the app?

Sure. Follow the link I gave you. There are terminal commands that you have to use.
