# Problems with syncing onto anki web

I am struggling to sync my anki cards on to my anki web and keep getting a message saying: “your Anki client does not support the new time zone handling yet please ensure your anki is up to date”. However I have checked my laptop settings and have no issue with my timezone

and have checked Reddit threads who have said to click a timezone button in preferences however my version of anki 2.1.49 does not have this  
Any help would be much appreciated

Your anki dont seems to be 2.1.49 otherwise would appear to enable v3 scheduler, not v2

You can check your version by finding about/about me in your anki

Updating to the latest version would fix your problem [Releases · ankitects/anki · GitHub](https://github.com/ankitects/anki/releases)
