# Problems with importing new notes

We have problems importing new notes. When importing a new package, some notes can’t be imported. The number of not importet notes is different between computers where the same package was imported. When we try to import the same package twice on the same computer, the number of not imported notes will not change. Can anybody help us for importing all notes of a package?

It’s usually because you already have that note in your collection. The post-import report will tell you why each note wasn’t imported. In the Details section, hover over any note to see the reason.

That’s normal. It all depends on what is in that collection already and what import options you choose.
