I had updated my deck with more cards and then thr next morning i had tried to add a sub deck but then deleted it which also deleted all my decks from this folder. I have tried to look at what i can sync from backup but does not show the deck i had created.
By “folder” – I assume you mean a parent-deck, that’s holding other decks?
- Have you tried Undo [if you haven’t synced since this happened]?
- Have you tried running Check Database? If you’ve moved a lot of things around they might still exist, but be hidden from view if things have become disconnected in the database.
Does that mean you looked at the AnkiWeb site directly?
- Have you tried restoring from an automatic backup you have on your device – Restoring an Automatic Backup (Recovering from Data Loss) - Anki FAQs ? Look for one just before you made the change.
