# Problem with anki after download new version

Hi, after downloading the new version of Anki to my computer, it doesn’t work.  
When I tried to reopen Anki, something like this appeared.

You can fix it by downloading from [https://apps.ankiweb.net](https://apps.ankiweb.net)

It’ll replace your existing installation.
