What are the names of the fields on your note type? You need to make sure that the field replacements – everything inside {{curly-braces}} on the template – match the names of actual fields. I think your fields are not called “Front” and “Back” – maybe “Frente” and “Verso”? (But the one called “FrontSide” is special, so leave it like it is.) ---
