# Option to put long MathJax in a scrollable box

Currently long MathJax functions stretch out your cards in a unwieldy way, but MathJax can be put in a scrollable box with something like the below css. However, gestures make this pretty unusable. It would be great if this was an option but with touch gestures disabled when scrolling in the box.

/* Specific target for modern MathJax v3 block elements in WebViews */
mjx-container[display="true"] {
    display: block !important;
    overflow-x: auto !important;
    overflow-y: hidden !important;
    max-width: 100% !important;
    padding-bottom: 8px; /* Room for touch-scrolling */

.MathJax_Display {
    overflow-x: auto !important;
    overflow-y: hidden !important;
    max-width: 100% !important;
}

```

Enable the new study screen from the settings. It doesn’t have the gesture problem.

Thanks that is great. Last time I tried the new study screen I had some issues, but hopefully it is worked out now. In any case, the scrolling in the box works flawlessly.
