I began my account in android. No flashcards in account that I saw. Now Im trying to start from the beginning using my desktop computer.
I think my account is still active that i know of but I do not have the course from the book I bought. I’ve not been able to retrieve the Spanish: All-Levels Complete Course. My desktop has no files from Anki downloaded or uploaded. I’m so confused regarding where I would be able to get the course that comes with the book and the flashcards files … they were never in my phone or desktop that i could confirm I ever had … not even in the backup that some forms explain
I really am at a loss as to how to get this accomplished so that I can get the full potential of what i purchased…I don’t think I missed the free package…but if i did … can i start from scratch…even though i have everything completed except the flashcards in my desktop file…

I don’t know what you purchased, but anki doesn’t come with any decks by default. You need to get the deck that you bought from whoever sold it to you.
Or just use one of the many free decks that anki already has to offer: https://ankiweb.net/shared/decks.
Better yet, of course, create your own, personalized deck.
It sounds like you bought a deck from someone, but you haven’t imported it into Anki yet. Unless they gave you specific instructions for how to do that, they should have provided you with an APKG file you can import. Getting Started - Anki Manual

If you need further assistance, you’ll probably want to contact Adros Verse Education customer support.
(If I understand things correctly, for people who have purchased the book, there is a discount code in Appendix A of the book that allows you to “purchase” the flashcards from the Adros Verse Education online store at no cost. After you have placed the order and purchased the flashcards from their online store, the order page will contain a download link for the .apkg file.)
