"Next day starts at" option reset to default automatically after restart the computer!

Hi

I changed the “Next day starts at” option to 12 hours past midnight, but I found out when I shut down my pc and turn it on the next day, the “Next day starts at” reset to the default value (9 hours) automatically!
Why does it happen to it?
