New interval, where is it?

hi everyone,

I’m desperately trying to locate the “new interval” option on my laptop (not an app, not ⁨ankiweb). my version is ⁨23.12.1 (1a1d4d54)⁩.

my options page has no tabs, just paragraphs and “new interval” is nowhere to be found (not under Lapses, not under Advanced…).

can someone please help ? thank you.

Are you using FSRS?

From the manual:

When you enable the setting (FSRS), some new options will become available, and SM-2 specific settings, such as “Graduating interval”, “Easy bonus”, etc, will be hidden.

“New interval” is one of the SM-2 specific settings.
