My cards aren't showing up again after hitting hard

My learning steps are 10m 30m 1d and after seeing new cards and pressing hard or good my cards aren’t showing up again after the time elapsed. I can’t figure out why this is happening, I tried adjusting the learn ahead and the FSRS is off. I have no idea why this is happening any insight would be helpful

We need to see –

  • The Card Info for a card this is happening with – and tell us when you expected to see the card again
  • The Options – for the subdeck that the card is actually in, not a parent deck you click to study

It won’t affect this issue one way or the other, but your should consider enabling FSRS. It’s a superior algorithm.
