Message concerning the possible deletion of anki cards

Hi

I got the message that due to the fact I am not using my decks they will be cancelled. I am using my decks almost daily and if they will be deleted I will be done lol. WHat should I do and why did I got this message?

  • Did you check the email address that was sent to?
  • Is it the address for the account you’re using in all of your apps [⚙️ / Preferences > Syncing]? Or do you have multiple AnkiWeb accounts?
