# Media Problems with AnkiDesktop

Hello, everyone 🙂  
I’ve got some problems with media files [.jpge and .png] that disappear of the card. I’ve already tried check the database, check the media files and the add-on Localize Media. But, nothing has worked.

Any thoughts about?
