# Med student in need of help resolving mac anki error concern!

In in dire need of help resolving some error issues that have popped up on anki today. At first it was an “add-on” issue but after deleting several add-ons, I tried restarting anki on my MacBook while pressing the shift key. When I tried to study a deck again, I ran into this error and I do not what else to do, please help! I’m in no way an anki expert and this is what shows up when I try studying a deck:
