# Lost decks in my account (Recover decks)

Hi,Im anki member since 2022. The last year i take a brake away from the app and today I want to be back.  
I lost my computer but all my decks were sync because I learn from my celphone too.  
Today I downloaded the app and login in my profile but all my decks has been lost ☹

Any idea about how can I recover my decks?

If the only place you had your collection stored was AnkiWeb – and you left your account inactive – you might be out of luck. [AnkiWeb account removal - Frequently Asked Questions](https://faqs.ankiweb.net/ankiweb-account-removal.html)

What about other backups? You said you lost your computer, but did you have your important data cloud-synced anywhere else? Have you tried restoring from a back-up version on your phone?
