Linked Body: Anki add-on that pulls up 3D interactive anatomy models automatically matched to your card content

Linked Body analyzes the concepts of your flashcard to pull up a 3D interactive model of whatever anatomy you’re studying inside Anki automatically.

Instead of memorizing spatial relationships from a flat image, you get a model you can rotate, zoom, and explore from any angle, turning a static flashcard image into something you can actually interact with.

Having the spatial layout of the body parts described in the cards and spending a few seconds reviewing the 3D diagram gives you a much deeper grasp of the concepts.

Examples:

  • On a cardiac valve card, you see the interior of the heart with each valve labeled
  • On a brachial plexus card, you see the full plexus with trunks, cords, and branches

Features:

  • Automatic matching (no manual tagging required)

  • Works with any existing deck (no card reformatting needed)

  • 240+ unique 3D models covering musculoskeletal, nerves, organ systems, and more

  • Toggle between multiple models per card, like skeletal, muscular, and other matching models when available

  • Cmd+B / Ctrl+B shortcut to open the 3D viewer instantly

Requires the most recent version of Anki (desktop-only).
