# Learning stages messed up

Hey guys, i hope you are all well.  
I’ve used Anki on and off for years. I’m learning a new deck right now and I decided to change the learning steps from default to “20m 1d”

I thought the first value (20m) would adjust the timing when I hit “again” and the second value would adjust the timing for when I hit “good”. Then “hard” would be somewhere in between like 12 hrs.

However what i’m getting is

Any idea on how to fix this? Happy to learn if you point me in the right direction.
