# Issues with Downgrading

I’m on windows 10 and downloaded the newer version of Anki. Today, I was trying to add 2.1.35 because I wanted to use the Mikagu addons. I didn’t realize I was supposed to use the downgrade button prior to switching versions. Now, I can’t seem to use Anki and install the addons I need. Now, all it shows is profiles user 1. How can I fix this?

Redownload the newest version of Anki and select downgrade.
