You should start with the [Troubleshooting checklist](https://docs.ankiweb.net/troubleshooting.html). I’m particularly interested to hear the outcome of #2 and #6. If it doesn’t get better, when you report back, please add your version info – Help \> About \> Copy debug info. ---
