I’d also ask – If you used to be able to see images on these cards, but now you can’t, what changed in between?

Some other possibilities –

- [… Recently, the image Occlusion cards when opened would just show the occlusion and not the rest of image](https://www.reddit.com/r/Anki/comments/1vgjw1s/i_have_been_making_my_notes_myself_nothing/) – on Reddit.
- If you’re using AnkiDroid (or if the person who made that deck used AnkiDroid) – [Image Occlusion cards created in AnkiDroid show no image (works fine if created in Anki Desktop)](https://forums.ankiweb.net/t/image-occlusion-cards-created-in-ankidroid-show-no-image-works-fine-if-created-in-anki-desktop/70346) .
- Another on AnkiDroid, but possibly not app-specific – [Image occlusions not showing in another device](https://forums.ankiweb.net/t/image-occlusions-not-showing-in-another-device/58564) .
- If you’re using an old Qt5 version – [Possible occulusion issue on ver 23.10, and the solution](https://forums.ankiweb.net/t/possible-occulusion-issue-on-ver-23-10-and-the-solution/36894) .
