# Image occlusion addon error

I am getting this error as soon as I start Anki desktop app .  
 → this error pops up after installation of image occlusion addon  
 → if I press shift & start Anki desktop app then this error is not visible

Error  
An error occurred. Please start Anki while holding down the shift key, which will temporarily disable the add-ons you have installed.  
If the issue only occurs when add-ons are enabled, please use the Tools\>Add-ons menu item to disable some add-ons and restart Anki, repeat until you discover the add-on that is causing the problem.  
When you’ve discovered the add-on that is causing the problem, please report the issue on the add-ons section of our support site.

It looks like you downloaded an older version of the add-on from an unofficial listing. Please uninstall the version you currently have installed and then re-download the add-on from here: [Image Occlusion Enhanced - AnkiWeb](https://ankiweb.net/shared/info/1374772155)
