I’m having issues with synchronization

When I try to sync Anki, this message appears. What should I do? I have already use the Check Database function and then sync again, but the problems persist, If I force a full sync in the preferences screen, Could I lose my decks or my study progress?

Before you force a one-way sync, ask yourself this question – do you have changes on multiple devices that you want to preserve? If you do, don’t do a one-way sync until you preserve those changes.

Otherwise, it’s fine to do. When you get the warning message, read the words carefully and choose which direction to sync based on what you want to keep.

I don’t use other devices to study, I only use my computer, but I don’t want to lose my study progress on my computer. Can I force a full sync without the risk of losing my progress in my study decks or not? thank you

If you also don’t make changes anywhere else (that includes anything you do directly on the AnkiWeb site) – then it looks like you’ve answered the question:

So, it’s fine to go ahead with a one-way sync. As you can see in the message, if you want to keep all of the changes you have on your device, you should choose upload to AnkiWeb.
