In the v2 planner, on the first day of studying the card, there are 4 possible answers. Is it possible to remove the “hard” option on the first day? It seems to me that the interval logic was smarter in the old scheduler.
Can you elaborate a bit on what you mean by smarter? 
I’d agree that we could do without the hard option, but it doesn’t seem to be a disadvantage to have it as a fine-tuning tool, either.
