When I make a card on a given day I would like to not see it until at least the next day. Is there a setting possible for that option ? ---

There are a number of ways you can do that: 1. Go to the deck settings and set the “New/review priority” to “Show after reviews”, as a result, the new cards will show up at last, so you could go through all your review/learning cards and let the new ones to the next day. 2. Suspend all the new cards right after you’ve added them and unsuspend them the next day. 3. Go to the deck setting and change the “New cards/day” limit to zero and restore the limit the next day. ---

I believe manually burying it is the simplest option. ---
