How to improve an existing deck

suppose I download an existing deck and I improve it and add some new cards.
How can I then upload my deck to share? In this case we’ll have different versions of the same deck. There should be a possibility for the users to constantly improve the existing decks.

  2. ask the original uploader to make changes,
  3. or work with AnkiCrowd.
