# How to define MathJax macros that work with AnkiDroid?

How and where do MathJax macros need to be defined for them to work on AnkiDroid?

I’ve tried defining macros in math-mode `\(...\)` and with script `<script> ... </script>` in the card template and they worked on Anki Desktop but not on AnkiDroid.

Maybe someone can point me in the right direction.
