# How to create "type-in" type of cards?

I tried to search but maybe I should ask in a different way. I haven’t found the answer at `docs.ankiweb.net` too.

I want to create a card where I must type the answer with the keyboard, like in html `<input type="text">`. It is not enough to just say “I remembered the word correctly, so mark as _good_”.

How can I do that, is there any tutorial on this?

The syntax for that is `{{type:Field}}`. It is mentioned here:
