# Hours past midday, not midnight - bug?

Default settings (4 hours past midnight). In the morning, there were no new cards. Then, at 4PM, they arrived. I changed the setting to 3 hours, and then they arrived the next day at 3PM.

Has anyone else encountered this?

Version ⁨2.1.54 (b6a7760c)⁩  
Python 3.9.7 Qt 5.15.2 PyQt 5.15.5  
Windows 10

Same happens on AnkiDroid, but I’m not sure what “initiates” it.
