HELPP Image occlusion bug

Hello, since this morning I’ve been having the same problem with Anki’s Image Occlusion mode. I don’t understand why an Anki error message saying “Anki encountered a problem” appears when I try to add a photo… could you please help me? Here is the debug information:

  1. Are you certain that you’re using the correct note type? I’ve seen similar errors with the “Image Occlusion Enhanced” add-on, which I see you also have installed. You need the default “Image Occlusion” note type to use the built-in feature. If you’ve modified your note type from the default, try adding a fresh copy of the note type and see if that works better.

  2. Have you tried everything on the Troubleshooting Checklist – even the things that you don’t think are related?

  1. What else happened before this morning, or at least since the last time you tried to add a photo to an IO note?
