Hello! Second Problem: I added cards to a deck that does not appear on my main screen (where all the other decks are) neither in the list on the left of the picture above. When I search for them they do appear but I would like to be able to study them in a deck. Would really appreciate your help! ---

If there is a deck that is not displaying for you anywhere, it might be placed inside another deck. If it is located there unintentionally (drag-and-dropping can easily lead to such accidents), you can just take it back out. If you want it to remain a subdeck, you can click a `+` sign left to its parent deck to see it on the main screen, or, similarly, the `▶` arrow in the Browser side menu. ---

Thank you for your reply! That doesn’t look right, indeed. The only other suggestion I have is to try running `Tools` → `Check Database` and restarting Anki. Also try disabling add-ons if you have any. ---

I agree with Eltaurus – Check Database will usually solve the “deck does not appear” issue. If that doesn’t also solve the “[…] in Browse columns” issue, then make your way through the rest of the Troubleshooting Checklist.
