# Get HTTPError() code:303 when I try to sync

Could you try [Antivirus/firewall software](https://docs.ankiweb.net/platform/windows/startup-issues.html#antivirusfirewall-software)

if it fails, then will need to wait for a dev/user to help

This may be caused by an unreliable internet connection or firewall. If you have access to a VPN, syncing via the VPN may help.
