# Error when exporting deck

When I try to export a deck I get this error message. I have already deleted all of my add-ons, checked my database, and restarted my computer.

As the message says, check the notetype named “⁨Cloze-Ash-f088e⁩” from the [card templates screen](https://docs.ankiweb.net/templates/intro.html). You should see more details about the problem there.
