# Error when clicking on options item in a deck

I’m trying to open the options item of a deck and it shows the error below. I already tried what is in the error description, but it doesn’t solve it.

Ocorreu um erro. Por favor, vá para Ferramentas \> Verificar Banco de Dados para ver se isso corrige o problema.

This is a known issue with this very old version that can be resolved by updating to a more recent version from the website.
