When I open the software, the setting icons disappear, and everything in the page keeps flashing. After using the app normally for several hours this morning, I moved to another place and hibernated my laptop. Once I turned on my laptop, all the same errors occurred again. I changed the video driver form OpenGL to ANGLE form the preferences menu, and also clicked “check database” and “check media file”. When I clicked “check media file” another error message shows up. I copied the error message here: An error occurred. Please use Tools \> Check Database to see if that fixes the problem. Do you use antivirus or firewall software on your machine? It may be blocking Anki from talking to itself. ---
