Dry run an import

  • Import deck.csv
  • A dialog with field mapping and other options shows up
  • Click import, and an “Overview” dialog shows up. E.g:
Overview
<U+2068><U+2068>102<U+2069> notes<U+2069> found in file. Of those:

 <U+2068>92<U+2069> notes were used to update existing ones.
 10 failed
 2 skipped

Suggestion: have this “Overview” dialog show up as a dry run instead of actually updating cards to make sure there was no issue with the deck.csv.

Current workaround: backup, import, and revert to backup.

Simpler workaround: Edit > Undo Import.
