Good morning. I’m having trouble deleting the shortcuts to other pages in my review and study windows. I have the Anking overhaul for Step 1 and 2. I’ve deleted those fields in the notes editor, but the shortcut icons to other pages still appear when I’m studying. Thanks.
That is something particular to the “AnKing” note type you are using. If it were any other note type, you might be able to edit it out of the card templates yourself, but those ones are especially complicated because of their many features.
I’d suggest you figure out how to disable those fields through the add-on interface, because it will be much easier, and it will stick (even when the note type is updated). Look at the help pages in the AnkiHub support community – I’m sure there’s a tutorial for how to do that.
