Each subfolder contains the CSS files used by the add-on for the corresponding Anki version.
If you want to customize the CSS, you should modify the files under the user\_files subfolder instead. For example, you can customize the deck list display in the main screen by modifying the user\_files/custom\_deckbrowser.css file.

Ahhhhh, jetzt verstehe ich. Das sind die Unterordner für die verschiedenen Versionen von ANKI, okay?
Vielen Dank!

Yes, you should not modify those files though. Any changes will be overwritten when you update the add-on.
