Custom 3 step learning process?

Hi, how to realize the following processes of memorizing vocabulary in Anki?

  1. DON’T KNOW - new words (short learning step)
  2. ALMOST SURE - words I’m not completely confined with (medium learning step)
  3. KNOW - words I exactly know (large learning step)

Words should be automatically moved to the next deck after N times of successfully passed reviews in the previous one.
