If I have to consult a memory palace to find the answer, should I consider that a failed recall?
Isn’t the whole idea of a memory palace, that you can consult it? 
I’d say as long as you know the answer, go for good. If you try to consult the memory palace, but fail, go with Again.

Hmm. I suppose it depends on what I’m trying to train.
If I’m trying to check whether I have it in the palace properly, and I have, then I should choose GOOD. But if I want to get it to the point of instinctual recall, I should choose AGAIN.
I guess the main thing is to be consistent. If I do the memory palace first, then that could be a distraction on the way to the instant recall that’s my goal.
