# Conexão expirou. Tente novamente em uma rede diferente

Estou há tempos tentando sincronizar o anki no computador do meu trabalho (em casa consigo). Eu consigo acessar o aplicativo, mas quando clico em sincronizar, aparece o seguinte erro:

“A conexão expirou. Tente novamente em uma rede diferente.”

Apenas essa mensagem, sem maiores informações.  
Agradeço qualquer tipo de ajuda!

It’s just a generic connection error, so Anki might not know the reason for it. See these FAQs for things to try –
