Changing Displayed field on back side of Card

I am very new to using Anki.

I have words in English,
and translation in 3 fields, one for French, one for German, one for Spanish.

Is there and add-on or an simple way to switch answers from one language to the other one to for example, study French for an hour, and then German for an extra hour ?

You can make several cards from one such note, one card per language. Place these cards in different decks.
