Can't study with my ankis because of "Special revisions functions"

hey,
I use anki on mac book air and every time i want to train with a new deck, i receive this message “Congratulation ! You are done with this package for now.
If you want to revise outside the usual schedule, you can use the Special revisions function”
I tried everything to change the options, but i still don’t get where does the problem come from.
Furthermore, i didn’t program any options, i have this problem since the latest version of anki. So I’m not able to use the cards i created before the new version.

Would someone have an idea ??
