# Can't review the image occlusion cards I downloaded

I tried to study one of the image-occlusion decks I downloaded and the images don’t show up. Instead I get this:

My anki is the latest version and I’ve also updated the Image Occlusion Tool

1. Can you say more about where you got this deck? Did it come with all of the images included?

2. Did you import it into this Anki Desktop install? Or did you import it into an install on another device and sync it to this device?

3. This looks like a “Image Occlusion Enhanced” add-on card – as opposed to a built-in Image Occlusion card. Do you have that add-on installed? (Is that the updated tool you mentioned?)
