I am currently using Anking deck and I want to insert my own note to the Extra field. It’s just this certain note. +its notetype is Anking Overhaul Any solutions? ---

Not sure if there is a restriction. One thing you could try is clicking into the _Text_ field and then pressing Tab to move to the next field. ---

try opening the source code for the field (the button in the top right corner ![image](https://us1.discourse-cdn.com/flex002/uploads/anki2/original/3X/3/0/3072f06a9a3da364b8bb314fba1ab011afacb761.png)). There might be some html tags there that make the field appear this way. You can try cleaning those. ---

(i’m not familiar with source codes) ---

If you didn’t put it there intentionally, it’s probably better to remove it either way. As for Anki displaying a field with empty html at such a width, I think it is just a bug in one of the later versions. I don’t suppose that shrinking the editing field beyond minimal height is the intended behavior. ---
