I have logged into my Anki account and gone to the Forum and then Add On’s to find a programer for some paid development. I see some names, but there is not link to click on to contact anyone. Can you give me some insight on what I am doing wrong. Not having spoken to anyone, these are some of the names I was considering.

If they offer their services, then they do that separately from Anki. You’d have to ask them directly. Checkout their addon page description, github ect.
I am not familiar with Github but can look it up. Is it safe to assume that their handles here are the same at Github?

No, dev handles won’t necessarily match between here and there. But I’m sure if someone wants to be hired for private work, they will make it easy to find and contact them. You don’t need to go trolling for folks who are interested.
I for one is open for a part-time, if you are interested. References are in the forum’s profile description.
Each addon has a “Contact Author” button. Addon authors provide contact information in the description or in the code itself. So finding the right ones is easy. “Eltaurus,” for example, creates very high-quality code, and his addons are very useful.
I won’t take money, especially if it’s AI. So find the authors who made the addon you need, and they’ll customize it to suit your needs. Perhaps the addon you need already exists somewhere, and you don’t even need to do anything, as there are plenty of them.
Since posts like this tend to become a magnet for spam and scammers, I’m going to close this thread.
