Cannot close Anki when starting a new profile

When you are on a fresh Computer, and open Anki, the first thing Anki asks is to choose a language, but you cannot close that dialog: (neither Alt+F4 works)

On my computer, I use a custom location of Anki with ANKI_BASE, so, if I forgot to set this variable, I am going to see that language dialog (which I cannot close and go back to set the ANKI_BASE).

Don’t really think it’s worth reworking the code for a case that a typical user will not hit. Don’t know about Windows, but in a Unix-like system ctrl+\ in the terminal you started Anki on will kill it.
