[Bug] Can't set "Additional new cards to simulate" to 0 after changing it

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to the simulator in deck options
2. Increase “Additional new cards to simulate”
3. Try setting it back to 0
4. Anki sets it to 1 instead

EDIT: “Restore this setting to its default value” works, but manually typing in 0 doesn’t.
